The Power Pant
Flares are back and they’re better than ever 💃🏼
We’ve been exploring our way around Portland, Oregon this past week - from hanging out at coffee shops downtown, to spending the weekend out in the woods, river-side. Its been restorative and productive all at the same time, as any good trip should be. I decided Portland was a perfect time to take these red satin flares for a spin to adventure around the equally as extravagant Pittock Mansion.
it’s in the bag.
I’ve been obsessed with these Zac Posen Eartha bags and was excited to get to frolic around the Mansion grounds with this slung over my arm. Its geometric pattern makes for an intriguing statement bag, that’s still somewhat understated in black and white.
keep portland historic.
The Pittock Mansion, a sprawling fourty-six room house built at the top of a hill in Portland with breathtaking views of the surrounding city, was built by one of the first business tycoons of the area, Henry Pittock and his wife, Georgiana in 1909. In the 60s it was bought by the city, at the urging of residents to preserve this gorgeous landmark. It is now run by the Parks department and open for touring. The surrounding grounds are also filled with manicured florals and a great spot for an afternoon picnic.
